  • 20% - Service Charge (Chauffeur Gratuity)
  • 5% - Admin Fee (Airport and License Fee, Toll Roads, Administration, Reservations)
  • 8% - Fuel Surcharge (Percentage is dependent on fuel cost)

Optional Charges

  • 15% - Re-Stock Fee (Purchase of any changes to beverages normally included)
  • 15% - Misc. Fee (Purchase of any requested items: party favors, flowers, candy)
  • 5% - Clean-Up Fee (Any change to vehicle décor)
  • 100% - Cancellations (Less than a one-hour notice)

Group Transportation Billings Include

  • 12%     Fuel Surcharge and Service Charge
  • 5%     Admin Fee (Airport and License Fee, Toll Roads, Administration, Reservations)
  • 15%     Event Coordinator (Liaison between Client and Ground Transportation)
  • $25/hr  Staffing (On-Site Coordinator, Event Greeter, Tour Guide)
